Kickball Team Registration Information:
Ages 18+
Must have at least 10 players
Must have at least 4 females
Games will be 50 minute or 5 innings
Double elimination tournament
Team Registration Fee is $200
Grand Prize will be Cash and Plaque or Cash and Medals
We will be using the Winchester Parks
and Recreation League Rules
*** We only have a limited number of spots for teams so please register early ***
Last year we had 9 teams and approximately 350 attendees over the course of the day

Summer Craft Fair Vendor Information
Sunday July 18, 2021
We held the first annual Kevin Riley Kickball Tournament and Community Day at Jim Barnette Park in Winchester, Virginia. The event ran from 8am until 6pm with 9 registered kickball teams and approximately 350 attendees. Overall we raised $5,496 in one day!
Our Kevin Riley Kickball Tournament and Silent Auction raised $4,170 for the Winchester Parks and Rec Foundation in Kevin’s Honor. This includes the donations received from Mattie’s Soft Serve and Bam Bam’s BBQ. The Parks and Rec will use the funds for park improvements and to provide sports scholarships for children who otherwise may not be able to play. Our concession stand and T-Shirt sales raised $1.326 and was used to establish this foundation.
On August 8, 2021 we presented a check for $4,170 to Winchester Parks and Recreation Foundation (Representative Shelly Lee). Thank you to all whom made it possible. On September 27, 2021 our Foundation was recognized at the Winchester Parks and Recreation monthly board meeting for such a successful event and our generous contribution to the parks.
